Frozen Banana Peanut Smores

I wish I could take full credit for this recipe but I got the inspiration from Pop Sugar. Let me tell you, these hit the spot! Whether you grab one for dessert or a quick snack, these are great!

Frozen Banana Peanut Smores

Per servingĀ (1 sandwich): 89 calories, 2g fat, 17.5g carbs, 1g fiber, 2g protein (16.5 g net carbs)


  • 15 low fat Honey Maid graham cracker sheets
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter


  • In a large bowl, smash together the bananas and peanut butter. Mix well.
  • On a large cookie sheet, place half of your cracker squares and top with a dollop of the banana/peanut butter mixture.
  • Top each square with another cracker square and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  • If not eating immediately, keep frozen until ready to eat/serve!
